I cannot find a thread for this, sorry if it has been raised before, but I ma not too impressed with Jellybean on my HTC. It used to be simple to choose to use my HTC as a USB drive or just charge it - no longer possible. You now have to run HTC Sync Manager or nothing! Has anyone found a way to simplify things again?

    Welcome to the forums :D

What are you trying to sync? If it is music then I know there are a couple syncing applications that are pretty useful.

Otherwise I have never used HTC sync manager before sorry.

Hope this helps and thanks for joining :)

Hi, thanks for replying. I am not trying to sync anything, just wanting to still be able to use my HTC as a flash drive to transport files.

Hi Liam - I am using a HTC One+. The problem has only started since I upgraded the OS to Jellybean.

    Hi MikeBird.

Welcome to the community. If you haven't yet reset your device - I would suggest you doing so. At most, this troubleshooting method fixes most problems associated with accepting a new update.

    Hopefully this helps! :)
