Help cannot copy/paste or transfer media

samsung galaxy s3 with a sandisk 64gb micro sd card

when i connect my phone to my pc via usb i cannot copy paste any songs or video using windows explorer

also cannot transfer any songs or video using kies

any help would be great

Samsung gs3 : Dragging and dropping media files to sd card causes windows explorer to 'not respond' and restart. Also whenever i connect via doubletwist or kies i get the message to change to 'mtp connection' when i allready am! Using win 7.

Explorer crashing sounds like a problem with your PC, not necessarily the phone.

Try out the phone on another PC and see if it still happens.
