Help Cannot factory reset

So I'm trying to factory reset this device. I power it off, hold the power and volume + button. It comes to the black screen with the broken android with the caution symbol sits there for a while and then reboots itself. I never get ANY choices and I don't get the "no command" error. It's just the broken android and nothing else.

After that hit the volume up and power key, it takes a few tries

how long are you holding the buttons? are you holding the buttons when the "broken android" appears? or well before that? have you tried hoding power +vol down vs vol up?

there really is not much info on your tablet unfortunately.

BTW: Do you know you will be sitting there for about an hour or two tops, just getting back every customzation you had on your device?
