cannot install maps or facebook updates...

Hey folks, I have a rooted desire witba customer. ROM installed. On The marketplace it is saying that there's an update for both of the aforementioned apps. However, when I try to install them it always fails. These are The only 2 that seem to be a problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, look at my lonely little thread. Still cant get them to update. Did I mention I'm a hot chick? Will that get me more help?
