cannot log in through phone.

i cannot log in the main menu.before i got this problem, i have my own phone lock security.then i have forgotten that lock. i did several times and cannot log in my phone. then,the phone asks for my gmail but i'm also forgotten my gmail username and password.but then i recall back my username and had reset my password to get the new one. after that, i'm using my gmail and new password and substitute into that space. it didn't work, it said that 'invalid username or password'. i don't know what's the problem is. until now,i'm cannot replying or sending message or calling anyone. how? please..really need help ASAP T_T
