cannot open expiring download text

    I receive messages from my daughter and a button says download message size 32kb expires on .....but when I click on download nothing happens.

    1) The message requires that the APN settings in the phone are correct - they may not be.

    Since we don't know your carrier, we have no idea what those settings should be.

    2) 32KB is a bit much for a message - that's 32,000 characters, or about 4,500 words. It's doable, but does she really have that much to say in one message? It might be better if she used email, which is designed for that purpose. (Text is llimited to 160 characters. If it's longer than that some phones send it as a text file (as your daughter's evidently does), others send it as a bunch of 160-word messages. Downloading the file requires proper APN settings.)
