Cannot send or receive MMS anymore

I used to be able to send and receive Picture Messages but now when I try and send one, it gets stuck at "Sending.."

I tried with a smaller file,sending to myself, with Wifi on, with Wifi off, just 4g, both on, and none of them produced positive results.

So now I figure its my APN settings which I have never touched and still have at default.

Help? I'm on T-Mobile and I have an LG/T-Mobile Mytouch with 2.3.4

Edit: New development: So when someone tries to send me a picture message I just receive 1-3 things in the messaging thread with a download button. Those download buttons do nothing and I still can't see pictures

Have a look at the message Settings, MMS ... There should to choose max message ...

But I'm only able to choose max 300KB (I'm on T-Mobile Germany).

Try resetting your APN settings to default (usually you can do this via restore defaults). If that doesn't work you can usually get your provider to resend the MMS settings to you via text message to make sure you have their latest version.

If you've never changed anything within the phone and it suddenly stopped working, it might be a network issue or temporary maintenance, check your network provider's coverage status to see if their MMS functionality has gone down.

First thing I tried. I also tried pressing the default APN settings which didn't work. I HOPE it's just a temporary downtime.
