I can't update or download any apps on Google Play. Google Play has just recently started working again for me. It used to tell me every app is not compatible with my device. Now it's working again, sort of... I've tried to update my Google Play Services, but it won't let me, it just gives me "Update for "Google Play Services" could not be downloaded due to an error. (Error retrieving information from server. [RH-01])"
I don't know what this means. Also, when I click some apps, it tells me "Error retrieving information from server. [RH-01]"
Again, not sure of the meaning of this. That is new.
Can someone please help? I have a Moto G.

    Hi,
    Reboot /restart device.
Connect the device with a stable WIFI port/mobile network.
Switch between wifi and mobile data.
Go to settings>date & time>select automatic time zone.
    Settings>account>google>select automatic syncing/enable syncing.
Go to settings >storage>cached data>clear cached data.
    Go to settings>storage>apps> settings>clear data,
Go to home screen select"google settings" app>tap on this>three dot menu.
Tap on the button" clear app data".
    Go to settings>storage>apps>google play services>
    uninstall updates.
Go to settings>storage>apps>google play store>uninstall updates.
    When this is finished,
Switch off device for sometime and then switch on.
Play store and play services update automatically.
    If not manually update.
    Still problem exist,
Go to settings>storage>apps>google services framework>clear data.
Go to settings>scroll down to accounts>
Google tap here and tap on account
    name>menu>tap here and remove account.
    Return settings>scroll down to accounts
tap on this>google>add account with the
    existing email ID and password.
    Reboot device/restart device.
