Help Can't access Android Market

I've got an Inc2 that's running Android 2.3.4 and Sense v 2.1 and I can't access the android market, getting this 404 error msg...
"The requested URL/intl/%locale%/mobile/android/market-tos.html was not found on this server. That's all we know."

Would like to be able to download android apps somehow.

Check the app called google play on your device. The market has been renamed to play.

It got an automatic update last night to google play, so I'm good to go.
