Have long list of apps downloaded that I can't access. When I press & hold home screen, I only get a screen of wallpaper options. How can I get app icons onto home screens?
Go to the app drawer. Long press on the app you are interested in and the homescreen will appear under it. Drag the icon to the location you want on the homescreen and release it. You then launch the app by pressing on it on the home screen.
Thanks for the reply, but there are only a handful of apps there, and it doesn't include "Google Play". I found that that the additional apps I wanted are listed only under "settings" or "manage apps", and I don't understand how to access them.
I don't have your phone. I wonder if we are missing each other.
Page 8 of your users manual shows four icons at the bottom of the screen labeled Dock Row. The icon I am talking about is the rightmost one labeled Apps. This opens the App Drawer.
The drawer you're talking about contains 12 apps that I can move to the Home Screen if I want. There are others downloaded to the phone that I can't access. If I hit Home and the Menu, I can find them under Settings or Manage Apps, but I don't see how to access them. Thanks anyway.
