So Option 1 doesn't do anything except for telling me to contact a CSR. Option two gives me the music and tells me it can't activate the phone and gives me a 1800 number that does little for me at 3 in the morning. Anyone deal with this?

yes, happened to one of my coworkers, we had to call a csr and they gave me the workaround so i could manually input the data to activate the phone, took 20 min, and phone activated.

When this happened to me...Verizon's "activation" service was down all night...When I tried the next morning it worked...
