Help Can't Answer Calls

I received a few phone calls today on my Razr, and even though I can see the screen with the persons name, the green phone icon and red end call icon, I can't get the call by pushing the green phone icon. Is the reason for this is the phone was in a sleep mode, and I have to do something before getting to the call? I am so brain dead that I don't know if this was an issue before the upgrade.

Try sliding the "green" icon to the right if you were in the sleep mode.

It has happened to me a few times where on an incoming call, I can't slide the answer bar to the right. When this happens, quickly turn the screen off and back on, that usually works. Annoying glitch, but easy work around.
