Help Can't answer/end calls

Hello, I'm having trouble answering/ending my calls.
I can't press the red end call button, and and I can't press the green answer button too. Only way I can answer the phone is if it's locked and I swipe it. Other than that the area that those buttons are located work when normally using the phone.

try rebooting your phone and see if that helps. maybe a hard reset might be needed. or the last option is to take it in and have a tech look at it.
