Help Cant Click Buttons in Apps

I was recently given an Android Box called a Carbon2. I have it up and running fine but on a few apps and games I can't seem to click any boxes.

I drag the mouse over a box to hit enter and nothing happens. If I put the mouse away and try to move from box to box and hit enter nothing happens.

Are some apps or games just not compatible?

I'm thinking some apps just won't function on that device. The processor may not be able to handle them.

Yeh some apps and games might be touchscreen only, and not responsive to mouse cursor and clicks. And really only the app and game developers can change or fix that.

That makes sense considering the game I was trying to play. It was the MyVegas app which is made for touch screens so I guess it doesn't work otherwise. Thanks for the help.
