    Hello!

I've been trying to solve this problem for a while. I bought an unlocked samsung mini and just used it on wifi until I got a contract with 3G included, only I can't seem to actually access the 3G network!
Data roaming is enabled, but when I go to 'phone status' the mobile network state is disconnected. I am at a loss. Can anyone help me?

I hope this is enough info, but let me know if you need to know more.

    Louise

I think only use 2G option is enabled in Mobile Networks settings. Try to disable/unckeck it and try again.

    Hello,
Yes... unfortunately it doesn't seem to be that. Thank you though! I'm considering maybe a factory reset?

Yes ... Factory reset is a food idea but,
it Also may be possible that 3G is not avaialble to your network provider in your area...
