Can't connect to ANY WiFi

Hi, I recently factory reset my LG phone because the texting stopped working and now I cannot connect to any WiFi at all. It wont connect to mine, my school's or any WiFi anywhere so I really doubt its a router problem.

I have WiFi turned on and the networks show up but when I try to connect it just says "Obtaining IP address from (network name)" for a while then just doesn't connect and lists that network as "Disabled"

Please help, I don't know what to do

You might try to do a hard reboot of the phone. This can be accomplished by powering down, pulling the battery, replacing the battery, and turning the phone back on. This sometimes will clear silly glitches phones will have. I hope this helps. Welcome to Android Forums. I hope you enjoy your time here and get your phone working right again.
