cant connect to samsung apps

[Android Question]

my samsung tab 2 wont connect to Samsung Apps. The message I get is unable to find location check your network settings and try again. When I try again I get the same message.It connect to the internet ok and all other apps ok apart from Samsung Apps.

Hi and welcome to the forums.

Have you opened / registered a Samsung account? The samsung apps wont work without one (just like playstore and google). I believe you can register in menu > settings > accounts.

Hope this helps. If not I suggest that you register on the forum for Tab 2s so that you can have a dialogue with whoever helps you there.

Also, if you are running Jelly Bean version of Android, this problem could be caused by injudicious disabling of apps/services in "Manage apps." Several of the Samsung apps depend on others for proper functionality.
