    Hi Everyone,

I have an HP laptop. I was able to connect my Eris to my computer when I first bought it. I even put music onto the SD card. When I went on now to add more music my computer wouldn't recognize the device when plugged into the USB drive and mounted.

    Can anyone help?!

    Try powercycling the phone.

And perhaps the usb driver got hosed. Go into device manager and make sure it sees the device.

    It does see the device.

    I have a similar problem.

I was able to mount my SD card to my PC, but lately all it does is mount for a split second (the drive appears in My Computer), then it disappears and the phone prompts me that USB is available...again.

    Any solutions would be nice.
