Help Can't download 30KB mms messages

Ever since Lollipop update I can no longer download 30KB mms messages. Notice it more from home where I am on wireless and on Verizon network extender. Any suggestions?

Could it be a setting in your texting program that may have gotten reset during the upgrade?

It is probably the Network extender.

if your network extender is only a 1x version, you wont get mms. if it's not a problem away from the extender, then the extender is the culprit. I'd power cycle it and retest.

also make sure your mobile data is enabled on the phone. unsurprisingly, that is the most common problem... wifi or not, mms requires mobile data.
