Help Cant Factory Reset Samsung Galaxy S3

So ive been trying to factory reset my phone because my google accounts are not working it keeps saying cant establish reliable connection to the server so ive tried on My wifi, my data, and my friends wifi and it keeps saying the same thing so im trying to factory reset my phone and its not working it says in red text:
E:failed to mount /cache (No such file or directory)
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_install
and stuff like that when i try to wipe data/factory reset so if anyone can help me i would be very appreciated thanks

Can you tell us a little more info about your phone, is the phone rooted, is costume recovery or stock recovery installed also what kind of Rom ....?

It was rooted but i un-rooted it earlier today and costume recovery or stock recovery is not installed
