Root Can't find Kindle

I can't find my Kindle folder. Tried to sync and nothing is coming in. Could rooting have messed with it? Anyone else having issues?

Err....never mind.

When I hooked up the cable, I couldn't see the /sdcard area. No idea why not. But then I started AirDroid and that worked.
