Go to settings: Lock screen and security then secure lock settings then smart lock enter your pin and then you will be there. I am assuming that is what you are referring to. If not, sorry!

sorry. I have never seen that in my phone... would be interested to see it. There's a "usage manager" widget and app though.

As useful as Smart Manager seemed/was, some of it's code was apparently provided by the programmers of Cleanmaster. Cleanmaster, in turn, is one of the most successful pieces of useless garbage that has been sold in the Google play store that has highly questionable coding. The US carriers and possibly others, have chosen to eliminate this potentially dangerous option in Windows marshmallow.
Fans of Cleanmaster, please do some research before flaming me for criticizing this pseudo-optimizing and "calling home" , crapware.
Just check its permission requirements and ask yourself Why?

Got to admit that Smart Manager as a whole was a neat and convenient widget on the S6 edge. Used it till I discovered further details about the coding behind some of its applications.

I can't tell you where to find it, because I don't know myself (and now, for some reason, it appears right next to Application Manager...). But have you tried using the "Search" option?

As an alternative I would suggest you to press "Edit" so you can add your own shortcuts to your Settings page, and choose "Smart Manager" as one of them.
