cant find system update on my phone ?

For some reason I am missing system update in my settings. I tried this

Settings
About phone should the update link be at the top of the menu ? I just got my GS2 the other day from Bell Canada I am used to my Desire and that is were it used to be. Any suggestions ?

Mine is in that location. Won't need it though as updates are not ota from Bell. Pushed through kies or you can update with Odin.
