I've been having problems with my phone for the past week where texts won't send, I receive texts long after they were sent to me, and people who are calling me occasionally have their calls go straight to voicemail without my phone even ringing. Two other people in my household have the same cell service as me (T-Mobile), and haven't had problems, so I figure it must be a problem with my phone. One bit of advice I came across was to wipe the phone's cache partition. I followed the steps listed here--https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/indevice_detail/a_id/113289/p/30,6720,9835--but hit a snag at step 5. I don't see an option to wipe cache partition. The only options shown are as follows:
Reboot system now
Reboot to bootloader
Apply update from ADB
Apply update from SD card
Wipe data/factory reset
Mount /system
View recovery logs
Run graphics test
Power off
Any advice on how I can wipe the cache partition?
UPDATE: I found info here--https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Moto-Z-Force/Moto-Z2-Force-Wipe-Cache-Partition/td-p/3771413--leading me to believe that my version of Android soesn't have a "wipe cache partition" feature, and suggests wiping the ache of all apps individually.
