cant get s4 to do a backup

I have a verizon sch-i545 with build i545vruemk2 with android 4.3. btw i am rooted. i ran a root check. ok problem is i have followed the backup instructions to do a backup. I hold down the power v+ and home key until green writing comes up top of screen and let off power and hold rest down until it comes up with the options. but in my list of options it doesnt have a backup option like in the pictures i have seen. I am about to give up. I been reading alot of forums and cant figure it out. Any ideas?
