can't move to sd card

    Hi there ,
    I have a new Galaxy Y, when I want to install a new app from play store , it will alert " Internal phone storage is nearly full "even i have 4gb SDcard. the balance of SD is 3.3gb. why it did not to SDcard .What the point to my SDcard ? so i can't install . I've try to move another app to SD . it can't . please help me . What should i do ? awww :(

    Your internal storage is completely different than sd card storage. What you should do here, go into your settings, apps, and see what apps can be moved over to your sd card to clear up the internal storage.

    Very few apps are automatically moved to sd card once downloaded.

    Welcome to the forums Jimmy :)

    Looks like Dragon has got you pretty much covered with SD card moving, but to kind of nail the point down, without rooting your device your phone can only move a certain amount of apps onto your SD card, right now your phone has two different types of storage, Internal and SD card, everything defaults to your Internal storage (unfortunately), and the only way to be able to move everything over is by rooting your device.

    Are the items you are trying to move sd card compatible?
