can't open or delete email from google play

[Android Question]

I can't open or delete email from google play. They send one every other day or so. They are accumulating. I select all messages and hit delete..........they all delete except those. I can't delete them individually either. Or open them. I have htc evo. Provider is Sprint.

Can you set up an email program on a computer? Maybe Thunderbird?

Create an account for the account in your phone. See if you can delete them there. Even if you can't, most desktop email programs give you more information that the ones in your phone (IOW, it'll tell you WHY you can't delete them.)
