Help Can't play some mp4 on sd card

I have some mp4 video files that play from internal memory but will not play from the SD card.

Are they the same files? Is the SD card corrupt? What media player are you using.

Sounds like you might have a counterfeit or duff SD card. Worth checking it with SD Insight. There's a lot of fake SDs around, especially if bought cheap from online vendors.

My phone saying my SD card is either blank or have unsupported files?
