cant receive videos from my blaze???????

i just purchased my blaze from t-mobile yesterday and absolutely love it!! the only thing i cant figure out is how can i receive videos through a mms/text message? i can send them with ease but cant receive them for some reason!

any thoughts? thanks in advance
