Support Can't seem to delete corrupted file

    Hi

    I can't seem to delete a corrupted file in my downloads folder. Is there any alternative way I can delete it?

    Connect to the PC/Notebook and try to delete from there.

    I tried deleting from notebook and it states 'error while deleting'

    Could not delete be file named

    Is it in external card? If in external card, copy the contents (minus the file) to the Notebook, format the external card and copy the contents back.

    Just do a factory reset

    well that is one way to do it...but that will delete data.....maybe good as a last resort;)

    your image link did not work. maybe try a screen shot from your computer and post it here.

    if you are having trouble displaying the image let me know.
