Help Can't send MMS whatsoever! - Galaxy S4 T-Mobile unrooted

Every time I try to send an MMS whether over wifi or not, I keep getting a "Server response error" and is driving me crazy. I still have about 1 week and a half left before my first 30-day trial period expires and I need help with finding a solution to this issue.
Both Mobile Data and Data Roaming are checked on under settings but I don't know what is it that wont let me send any MMS at all :/

Check to see if the mms server is correct.

Go to settings, then more connections, then mobile networks, then access point names, click on the option listed, go down where it has mmsc. It should have http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

I dont see how it would change or be wrong, but if its correct I'd just take the phone back.
