    Hello guys

For some magical reason, my S4 keep backing up every single photo and video from my gallery, to Google+ albums.

I UN-checked any sync option under account setting. I turned off Sync Google Photos, Sync Google+ Auto Backup and Picasa Web Albums.

    I turned off G+ (settings, Camera & photos) - Auto-Backup

Under Gallery, it indicates my sync is disabled.

I turned off pretty much any backup and sync setting I could find, yet my phone insist on uploading everything to Google+.

I can take a photo right now, and few min later I get notification:

    Google+ Auto Backup
    1 photo ready to share

To sweeten the deal, it uploaded my entire gallery, with 30 over video files, literally eating away my monthly Data plan, in less than a day.

The fact that my speed has been throttled down to 1980's dial up, for bursting my monthly limit , is not as annoying as trying to figure out, what the hell is insisting on sending my stuff to G+. I can't find anymore settings responsible for that behavior.

Now, if you don't mind, I will go do my laundry, while my phone download photo attachment of 5mb for the next two hours, on my lighting fast 12kbps

That should have done it. But seeing that it is still continuing to upload, try this.
First, clear the data for google plus in app settings.

Then, launch G+, Enable the auto-backup in this setting. Change it to upload only when on wifi, and set it to compress your pictures and then, disable auto-backup.
Hopefully, this way, even if it uploads, it won't upload over your cellular network

Thanks for taking the time to read and reply. Will give it a try and watch my phone for couple of hours, see whether it continues to misbehave.
