If this happens to be your first Android, I must ask if you have a Google account set up on your phone yet? Play Store, Gmail, etc all run off your Google login. If that doesn't help, you might consider joining our forums where we can interact with one another in a more hands on fashion. More details may be necessary to get to the bottom of things.
