Hey everyone hoping I could get some advise. My wife has a Samsung Captivate through AT&T. When she attempts to send a standard text message to her boss (using LG enV on Verizon) her messages do not show up on the boss's end as actual text, they show up as 'squares' on her end. Is this a known issue and/or is there a word around to this? the phone is not rooted and does not use handcent or any other messaging client, using the stock on that came installed on the phone. Any advise would be greatly appreciated as her boss is getting irritated by contact 'squares' showing up. Thanks in advance!
