Capturing desktop screenshot

    Might be more of a generic Android than a Desire question but is there a very simple built-in way of capturing a screenshot? I thought I'd seen some captures on my Desire and had done it accidentally but I can't find them now and I'm not so sure.

    There are a few applications on the phone.

    Some of them require root though.

    All the applications require rooting - the only other way is using the SDK as posted above.

    Quite disappointing for me, I was hoping I could easily take some pics and post them on my blog.
