I'm looking for a reliable hands free device to use with my Nexus 5 whilst driving?

I currently have a Jabra BT2045 earpiece that I use, but it is very uncomfortable in my ear :(

Any suggestions/recommendations of a device that you have had success with?

I've used both the Jabra 2x line and the Motorola 850 (which sits outside the ear). I've never had a problem either way. The Jabra takes getting used to, and if you use an earpiece that's too large for your ear, you'll get a sore ear in a short time.

I use a samsung hs3000. It's a clip on unit that you plug earphones into so it isn't heavy on your ear plus you can use it for music out of the car.

I have a plantronics that is kinda like that jabra...
And I cannot stand the way it fits my ear. Is there some reason the ear bud
is not shaped like an in-the-ear ipod speaker? Would get some sort of feedback or something??

the two designs are so different, I cant help but think its on purpose.
The plantronics is such a pain to use, that frankly I forgo it most of the time...
