That is the question. Taking a poll on whether people are casing the M8's or going commando? LOL. I think the build of the phone is too beautiful to cover up with a case and I do have an OEM verizon holster/case combo that I have had it in and I think it sounds slightly clearer naked. What are everyone's thoughts?

I'm using the M7. I bought a black case from a local store. The case is slim and perfectly fits. Having it cased makes me feel at ease should I unintentionally drop my phone or whatsoever.
Ideally I would like to find a slip in case where I would have the ability to keep it safe in a case when transporting it but able to show off the beauty of the M8 and be able to use it naked as I feel it sound slightly better without a case. If anyone know of any slip cases that fit the M8, please let me know. Thanks!!

I have used the Otterbox commuter case on my past couple phones because the phone will get dropped at some point. I have already had my M8 bouncing on the corners across the driveway without a scratch. That wouldn't have been the case if it was naked.
No case on mine since the launch day - I use the car dock so can't be arsed with taking it in and out all of the time. Saying that, if I know I'm going to be putting it at risk of damage I will put it in a two piece case for the day.
Touch wood not dropped it onto anything hard yet and so far just a few light scratch marks on the body

I would not have a case on my phone, but it is too slippery for me (dry hands?) so I am using a clear case. I just ordered a black leather skin from slickwraps and cannot wait for it to come. I don't like the bulk that a case adds and I feel secure that the m8 can handle a drop or two.

Itskins Zero cases. Goes on like a glove, fits like an invincible condom, but will not protect you from a dropped phone or a pregnant ex girlfriend.

Seidio makes a good one. It's a bit pricey and adds a bit of bulk but well made and fits the phone perfectly (and blue):

I'm using a Barely There clear case at the moment. I think this would fit your going commando needs without really leaving it butt naked.

I was thinking this would look great on my black HTC.
My Barely There case is crystal clear so whatever color the phone is really shines through. The only thing this image really doesn't show is a small company logo centered but below the black line on your M8 near the bottom. Imagine this logo without the case-mate wording and clear.

I've used Seidio cases on my last three phones because I drop everything. For my dazzling gold M8 I got the Dilex to match. To my disappointment, one arm of the hard shell wasn't flush with the soft layer. Tried a second one from Amazon. It had the same problem. I called Seidio and now I'm waiting for a third try. I can only wait and see.
