Case ruins camera quality

    i've noticed a considerable difference in the quality of photo's taken when the back of the case is removed. the small plastic section infront of the lens seems to give a grainy effect on pictures.
    just wondered if anyone knew of any replacement cases that had a slide-able section so picture quality can be maximised without removing the back of the phone?

    That's probably because you've scratched the lens cover on the case. You can buy replacement cases but I don't know of any with a sliding shutter.

    i scratched mine really bad and popped the plasics lens cover off noticed a significant improvement

    I scratched mine too, but cleaned off the protective coating with toothpaste, tissue paper and a fingernail. Photos went back to being as clear as the day I got my Desire. Got the advice form a friend
