Could be the firmware is corrupted or damaged, and in needs to be re-flashed? Think there's instruction here. https://firmwarefile.com/cat-s41

Or maybe there's some hardware fault, that requires repair or replacement?

ok thanks i try to flash but the firmware i got is MT6757 but the phone is MT6757D. tha,ks

i can't find a firmware for your phone other than the one @mikedt suggested. just curious as to how your phone got to this state? what happened?

i'd pick a better phone next time. at least one that offers better support for their phones.

@ocnbrze those phones were branded as indestructible out of the box IIRC. I guess software doesn't count. @charif fofana.
You didn't put a custom ROM on it did you?

Quite frankly I think CAT's "indestructible" applies to these things..and NOT smart-phones.

can you boot into recovery mode? if so you can do a hard reset.

Scroll down to where you just use the buttons to Factory Reset.

if a hard reset does not work then you will need to flash a firmware update. but if you google your phone for firmware files i only find the one that @mikedt linked you to earlier. you did say that is not the right one for your phone........so unfortunately if you can't find one specific for your phone.....you are pretty much screwed.

and like i said earlier next time get a better phone that has more support. the cat company, it seems does not like to support their phones......but with technology, you get what you pay for. cheap phones=terrible support.
