How do you get 1.5 s-off? I thought it wasn't possible

Have 1.4 S-OFF and then take an OTA. The OTA doesn't set the flag back go to S-ON, supposedly. Although I'm not willing to try it. :p I figured you would be able to confirm that.

Where I take the ROM.zip out rename it PG86IMG.zip and try to upgrade it via bootloader

It didn't prompt to upgrade just read the zip and went back to the main bootliader options

Put your bootloader into FASTBOOT USB (meaning connect the USB into the computer and make sure it's in fastboot mode). Then run the RUU.EXE, do not use the ZIP file. See if that helps.
