I tried both manual flashing and flashing it through the app. When I do it manually I clear dalvic and cache and then flash it. When I try to reboot it just reboots over and over again. I tried all 4 Kernal from Kernal Manager but they all do the same thing.

Also which one is the best? I really want to be able to Underclock to save some battery and also lower the minimum brightness. Thanks.

I don't think you need a kernel to underclock. Just SetCPU and disable perforce. But, out of curiosity, are you S-OFF with revolutionary or did you use the HTC unlock?

S-off revolutionary. Setcpu doesn't seem to be doing anything but making my battery drain even more lol. Even after I set the profiles. I figured I'd just try to use a different Kernal.

Make sure you have a nandroid backup - if your kernel version isn't compatible with your rom version, you can get an endless bootloop. ;)

It sounds like you have a 2.3.3 kernel with a 2.3.4 rom - example: silverneedle kernel with latest 2.08-update or 2.08-based rom.

Yeah I make a nandroid evertime I start messing around. I learned the hard way lol. I'm using the current updated stock rom that came out a couple weeks ago. So does that mean I have to wait for the Kernal to update?
