My Android charging accurately when it is powered off but when it is powered on it does not hold charge. Some time it show charging when i plugged in but after few seconds it unplugged the charger by itself even charging cable is connected to the charging port.
Note: The device is non-removable battery mobile

Now it is time to show that you are intelligent.

Well I don't know what phone or tablet you've got there, and how old it is. Removable or not, but based on the symptoms you describe, I suspect the battery is kaput and needs replacing.

    ocnbrze DON'T PANIC!!!!!!!!!

could be software as well maybe a factory reset might work.

just a tip, if you need help or have questions, be as detailed as possible. the more we know the better. the most important info that would help would be the make and model of the phone (as well as your carrier).

Your device settings options may vary, but functions remain the same.

Plug the charging cord into the phone.

Plug the charger cord into the charger.

Plug the charger into the power outlet on the wall.

Go to recent apps (square user button)
    Clear all recent apps.

    Goto:
    Settings
    Battery

You should see here if the phone is charging or not charging, and a percentage of charge along with an approximation of time left before full charge.

Also, and in your case this is very important, notice whether it is saying 'Charging On AC' or 'Charging On USB'.

If it is 'Charging On AC' then good.
If it says 'Charging On USB', then you have a problem.

Leave everything as is and change the charging cord with another, using the same charger.

Notice if it changes what it states the charge is coming from (AC or USB).

AC is what it should say if it is connected to a charger in the wall.
If you are plugged in like this and it says 'USB', a bad cord is usually the issue in my experience.

USB is a slow charge, that it would get if it was plugged into a laptop or other computer for charging.

This slow charge can be too small to allow for use and charging at the same time.

Some cords are actually not capable of carrying a suitable current for the phone to know that it is actually plugged into the wall.

Some cords get damaged over time, with the same results.

    So check your cord.

There are apps available (some phones have this feature) to allow you to see how many milliamps of current are being delivered/used at any moment.

With Android's global dominance, we see many members whose first language is not English. I try to be mindful of that when reading difficult-to-understand posts.

Is it necessary to be a 'English' for posting here?

I was having same issue about a month ago in a J7 I currently am using..but I was sure wasn't a cable charger issue nor the phone itself..meaning physically..so I aimed towards the software wise..so I started going to settings..then storage..then clear the memory from there a few times a days..so the phone got back on track soon enough..

    Hope this helps

Well useful "English" for you, would be to state what phone or tablet you've got there, make and model, and how long you've had it. Then perhaps we could use our intelligence and knowledge of particular Android devices to help you more.

No--and that was my point. Everyone's welcome here but, per our rules, we do expect posts to be in English. Thank goodness for translation tools!
