I really like that. Wish I knew where to get it too.

I use widget locker which allows pretty much any widget, background or shortcut I want to put on the lock screen plus about 7 or 8 different unlocking sliders and multiple sliders with different functions. few examples:

top slider on this goes directly into camera app. I can add or change these to almost any app

doesn't work well unless you have a fast rom and I use no lock in conjunction so it doesn't lag temperarily reverting back to the stock lock screen before kicking in. widget locker is also not free.

Post a link to your wallpaper, and your battery widget. Please.

I have widget locker, I'm just not good with it. I know how to do most of those things, but in picture two, how did you put those custom sliders in?

the wall paper is just a stock cyanogenmod wallpaper included with any cyanogenmod froyo rom that includes standard cyanogen wallpapers (I use nonsensikal but I believe its standard with CELB and other pure cyanogen froyo roms). battery widget is "BattStatt" free in the market.

open up the lockscreen in tool mode (by opening the widgetlocker app), hit menu, then hit add, then hit custom sliders.
