Change incoming call swipe?

This question seems impossible to answer, only leading to solutions that change the contacts and call log screen. Let me be specific: I want to get rid of the default android swipe to answer or decline a call an incoming. I find it rather un-intuitive and just plain annoying. Is there anyway to change this in a launcher's settings, cyanogen's, or is there some app I can install? Again, not the dialer or the contacts screen, specifically the one where I answer an incoming call. And not just the background, the actual swiping motion used to answer! Thanks in advance.

Get full screen caller ID from market. There's a free lite version with ads and limited settings if you dont want to pay. It replaces the incoming call screen with a full screen picture of the caller if you have a contact pic, and defaults to having an answer and regect/ignore button instead of swipes.
