Only the audio track for the Galaxie S21 native mp4 video format transfers to my computer. Is there an app available to convert mp4 to MOV format?

Mp4 is a video file. Use VLC on your computer to play the video...

MOV? Are you using a really ancient version of Apple QuickTime or something?

Many contemporary media players should be able play MP4 from a Galaxy S21 no problems, with no need to convert anything. As @Dannydet suggested, try using VLC.
