When you are on a home screen and hit the up button to access all apps, the default view is set to grid. Is there a way to change the view default to list? Everytime I reboot(non-rooted) it changes back to grid view. I can't find a setting for it.

I'd never though of doing this but now you mentioned it I'd quite like to know. I've just trawled the interweb for a good hour looking and the lack of responses to the question suggests it isn't possible.

I'm thinking that you can't set it as default unless you mess with the code... Sorry.

I'm not sure if this can be done with the default Sense Launcher, but it is possible to do by installing other launchers. For example Launcher7 will give you WP7 UI with the apps in list view.
