Changing an apps name and icon

I have and use lastpass. I was wondering if there is a way to modify the apk so it uses a different name (even the com.lastpass.whatever) and icon so if I lose my device it isn't the first thing some one tries to hack.

Most third-party launchers offer this option. Even my crusty old Launcher Pro does.

That changes it on the home screen but not in the drawer nor the file name itself.

Yes, but third party launchers can also hide them from the app drawer. Anyway, you can just setup your phone for a remote wipe. If it's stolen, activate remote wipe and it will just delete everything in the phone.
