Help Changing App Icon?

I like the stock browser Icon and dont really like the look of Dolphin browser's icon. Can i switch them? I know i could do that on things like golocker and stuff but would i really have to install a home launcher on my already rooted nexus to do stuff like that?

Should be able to use something like Desktop Visualizer to change your icons, using whatever you wish.
