Changing DHD Lock / Unlock Sounds

Hello All,

I was wondering if there was any way to change the DHD's default lock, unlock and low battery sounds. I downloaded a bunch of Crysis 2 sound effects and I'm eager to use them but I have no idea how. I read that I need to replace the lock.ogg and unlock.ogg files under System/media/notifications/ui. However I can't seem to find the System folder when I mount my phone as a disk drive on my PC even when I am viewing hidden folders.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think that folder is on the handset itself as opposed to the SD Card so the PC wouldn't be able to see it.

Try a File Manager such as Astro or ES File Explorer which can look at the stuff on the phone as well as the SD Card. You may even need root access to write to that folder.

Firstly you will need to have root access. (Just search the forums for info on how to do this)
Secondly you need a File manager.

Other than that though you are correct on the procedures required.
