Help changing file names of photos

i just dropped over 1800 images on my 10.1. i want to now go in and change the names (just add spaces here and there and re name a few) but when i go into file manager it wont let me. is there a way or an app to do this?

You need to put a checkmark next to the file you want to rename and choose rename fro menu in the top right corner.
